Terms and
Conditions
Clients must complete a
booking form and provide a 20% deposit to secure the booking.
Payment in full should be made 8 weeks before departure. Keys, maps
and other relevant information will be sent 2 weeks in advance of
the holiday. At
the same time as paying the balance, a refundable
payment of £100 is required
as insurance against breakages and
damage.
Cancellation refunds
Booking deposit is
non refundable.
The remainder of the rental is subject to the following charges:

Payment of a deposit constitutes
acceptance of the booking conditions.
